Each class includes the following:

  1. Specialised instruction, education and entertainment from Mondo’s Executive Chef Paul Horne and selected guest presenters.
  2. Learn how to source, select , prepare and cook healthy dishes using organic produce.
  3. Hands on preparation and cooking of dishes relevant to the class you are attending.
  4. Sit down meal in Mondo’s restaurant to enjoy the meals you and your class attendees have prepared.
  5. A full set of recipes, handouts and any food you have prepared to share with friends and family.
  6. Networking and team building with your fellow students.
