As part of the Mondo team, you will require:

bar and POS experience
wine knowledge and service
food knowledge
formal dining experience
good communication skills
customer care driven
sales experience
dedicated and enthusiastic attitude
stock control experience

Own transport is essential, unless you live in West End.
