The Mondo Organics wine list is focused on a carefully selected range of wines sourced for their diversity; each bottle expresses its own style and individual character. We are proud to offer a comprehensive and uniquely balanced selection of wine. Our list will introduce you to both iconic and small producers who have used a variety of winemaking techniques—both traditional and modern. Some wines will spark curiosity, some will be reassuringly familiar, and all will simply delight.
We actively source wines from vineyards using biodynamic and organic practices. Our list therefore features wines that, from vineyard to winery, have had minimal intervention during the winemaking process, delivering a purity of fruit and expression of terrior.
We exclusively use Riedel crystal ware from Austria, which has been designed to complement each varietal of wine served.
At Mondo, we are passionate about wine and we are always happy to advise which wines will complement your meal or help choose a wine to suit your palate.
