Terms and Conditions

To enable us to provide you with the best possible service, we kindly ask that you read the following : -

1. A guaranteed minimum number of guests attending your function is required 48 working hours prior to the event.

2. The number of guests confirmed will be the minimum number of guests invoiced for.

3. Clients are responsible for any damage or breakages of mondo equipment on loan and in use at events. Damages will be chargeable to the client for full replacement value.

4. Menu choices are subject to the seasonal availability of organic produce. Should a menu item be unavailable, mondo organics catering will replace the appropriate ingredient with an item of equal or greater value when and if necessary.

5. Deposit payments of 50% are required for functions over the value of $1000.00 based on quotation value.

6. Minimum order for drop-off catering functions is $300 excluding delivery fee.

7. In the event of cancellations, your deposit will be held to cover costs of our purchases for the function.

8. Delivery charges will apply to 'drop-off' only functions. Please advise prior to your function parking availabilty on site. Where there is only paid parking available, the parking fee will be added to the final account.

9. Staffing for function venues will be charged at the below rates based on hourly basis: 

  • Staff charge rates are based on a minimum rate of 3 hours per person. 
  • Staff charge rates include base to base travel time. 
  • For quotation purposes staffing hours will be an estimation only; final hours will be added to the final invoice based on your actual function requirements. 
  • Wait staff $30.00 per person per hour / Chef $35.00 per person per hour

10. All prices quoted are gst inclusive.

Payment 

  • Payment for functions is required within 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise arranged prior 
  • Payments made by Amex & Diners will incur a 3% surcharge to the total of bill 
  • We offer clients a 5% discount for cash payment for functions of over $1000.


Prices quoted are inclusive of GST but do not include staff costs or equipment hire.
