Here at Mondo, we don't just like wine, we love it! A great deal of time and energy has gone into developing our wine list to create a balanced and comprehensive collection of fantastic wines.

The list takes you on a journey through Australia and New Zealand's best vineyards, and introduces you to some of the smaller boutique wineries that we have discovered and about which we are very excited. In our current wine list, we have done our best to represent vineyards that are a little closer to home in order to reduce our carbon footprint, and there are a few very special French, Italian and Argentinian wines that we just couldn't deprive you of.

We delight in sourcing wines from vineyards that use biodynamic and organic practices. Many of these wines are some of the great wines of the world.

We exclusively use Reidel crystalware from Austria that has been designed to complement each varietal and type of wine served.

We are passionate about wine at Mondo, and are always happy to give advice on which wines will complement your meal, or simply recommend one of our favourites. Please feel welcome to ask to speak to the sommelier.
