Wine Appreciation Classes

Our Goal:

Our goal is to provide friendly and informative wine appreciation classes, suited to both the beginner and the more experienced wine snob. The purpose of these classes is to guide you to a better understanding of different varietals and styles of wine, and to ultimately increase your wine knowledge.

Sommelier:

Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Emma Davis will be hosting the classes, with guest appearances from leading Brisbane wine suppliers.

The classes include:
• wine tasting notes
• tasting of featured wines
• three matching mondo canapés
