Our Goal:

We aim to provide friendly and informative wine appreciation classes, suitable for anyone, from beginners through to those with the most discerning palate. The classes are designed to give you a better understanding of different wine varietals, and to ultimately increase your wine knowledge.

This season we take you on a journey of taste and texture sensations. We explore both old and new world wines that will spark curiosity and tantalise your palate. If you have any feedback or requests, please email James Davey at restaurant@mondo-organics.com.au.

Sommelier:
Restaurant manager and sommelier James Davey hosts the classes, with guest appearances from leading Brisbane wine suppliers.

The classes include:
Wine tasting notes, tasting featured wines, and matching canapés.

Bookings:
Class bookings are confirmed with full pre-payment only. Classes, once booked, are not transferable or refundable, although we are more than happy for you to send a friend in your place. Gift vouchers are available.
