Mondo Organics Cooking School

 

Mondo cooking school is known for its exciting and inspirational approach to food.

The classes are presented with contagious passion and enthusiasm, and are suited to the absolute beginner through to food enthusiasts. These hands-on classes are full of helpful hints and showcase premium local organic produce and ingredients. This year we are featuring Sergio Carlei biodynamic wines from Beaconsfield, Victoria. Unless specified, each class is designed to cater for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies.

All classes this season will include complimentary wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage, plus receive a Mondo apron, shopping bag, sponsor sample products and a recipe handout. Classes run for 1 ½ to 2 hours with intimate groups of 10 -12 participants, ensuring personal attention and guidance.

 

Corporate Classes

Corporate cooking classes are currently in high demand as a team building exercise. Mondo offers hands-on classes to corporate groups from 12-24 people.
